You will build and maintain data pipelines, perform statistical analysis, and create dashboards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Big Data tools like Hadoop and Spark.
• Optimize SQL and Python scripts for efficient data processing.
• Analyze data sets and perform statistical analysis.
• Create and maintain dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Tableau.
• Experience with Oracle HCM.
• Active H1B visa status or eligibility for H1B transfer.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
