Description

You will build and maintain data pipelines and modeling structures within an AWS environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage data processing workflows using AWS Glue.
• Implement data modeling techniques, including Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD).
• Manage infrastructure and deployments using CloudFormation and CI/CD practices.
• Optimize database performance through advanced SQL querying and management.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to meet data requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and PySpark.
• Strong experience with AWS Glue.
• Expert-level SQL skills for query optimization and database management.
• Hands-on experience with CloudFormation (CFT) and DevOps workflows.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical knowledge of data modeling and SCD.

• Any Graduate degree.
