Description

You will build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines and integration solutions using modern data warehousing and ETL platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable ETL pipelines using Matillion to ingest and transform data into Snowflake.
• Develop and implement data models within Snowflake to support business intelligence and analytics.
• Optimize SQL queries, scripts, and stored procedures in Snowflake and SQL Server to reduce processing time.
• Monitor pipeline performance to identify bottlenecks and perform root cause analysis for troubleshooting.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with data architects on schema design.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering.
• Proficiency with Snowflake and SQL Server.
• Experience with AWS and Matillion ETL.
• Strong SQL and Python skills, including query optimization and performance tuning.
• Experience building, maintaining, and optimizing ETL processes.
• Practical knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with healthcare data transformation or PBM-specific knowledge.
• Familiarity with additional ETL tools and cloud platforms.
