Lead production support and digital operations for Azure-based data platforms, ensuring system stability, availability, and SLA adherence.

Manage and optimize Azure Data Engineering solutions using ADF, ADLS, Synapse, Azure SQL, and Databricks (PySpark/Spark).

Drive incident, problem, and change management processes, including RCA, issue resolution, and operational governance aligned with ITIL practices.

Establish data quality, governance, metadata management, and compliance frameworks to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to manage escalations, service reviews, deployments, and platform enhancements.

Lead automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives while managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced production support environment
