Description

You will manage and analyze large-scale datasets to drive operational insights and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large volumes of AMDB and ServiceNow data to identify lifecycle trends and root causes.
  • Develop and maintain executive-ready dashboards and visualizations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Translate complex asset and ticket data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Automate reporting processes and implement data validation controls and standardization.
  • Partner with Asset Management and Technology teams to improve data quality and reporting workflows.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL and MS SQL.
  • Strong experience developing interactive Power BI dashboards using Power Query and DAX.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling principles and performance-aware transformation techniques.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow data for lifecycle and operational analysis.
  • Hands-on experience building Power Apps (Canvas or Model-Driven).
  • Proficiency in Power Automate to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Knowledge of Snowflake and AI applications in data analytics.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with QA processes for data validation.
