Required Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of the healthcare environment
• Proficiency in SQL query language and ability to use many query and reporting tools
• Knowledge of delivery methods, analytics applications and tool portfolio, data sourcing and ETL integration methods
• Ability to collaboratively solve problems and influence others to contribute to solutions through data collaboration and data sharing
• A passion for learning new technologies with a track record of acting on this in prior roles
• Ability to quickly understand the needs for programs and services delivery
• Basic understanding and familiarity with government regulations (e.g. HIPAA, Clinical Decision Support) preferred
• Strong analytic skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
