Description

You will manage end-to-end data integration and business intelligence workflows to support healthcare analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for business reporting and quantitative analysis.
• Design ETL code and manage Informatica environments, including object migration between environments.
• Ingest and integrate large volumes of complex healthcare data from disparate databases.
• Develop SQL-based reporting programs, data listings, and patient profiles for efficient data retrieval.
• Perform comprehensive testing including Unit, System Integration, Performance, and User Acceptance Testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or business intelligence roles.
• Proficiency in SQL for data cleaning, retrieval, and complex procedure writing.
• Hands-on experience with ETL code design and Informatica environments.
• Experience with Python, specifically using Pandas for data refinement and merging.
• Experience with R programming for statistical automation.
• Ability to translate functional specifications into technical ETL designs.
• Background in managing large-scale, complex datasets.

Preferred Skills

• Subject matter expertise in healthcare data sources and encounter data analysis.
