Description

You design and build Power BI dashboards and semantic models using Prophecy MDM data.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop hierarchical Power BI reports and operational dashboards to monitor data quality and business KPIs.
• Architect scalable semantic models and data pipelines integrating Prophecy with downstream reporting layers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver "golden copy" reporting datasets aligned with enterprise MDM strategy.
• Translate complex data structures into actionable insights for classification models and Matter 360 initiatives.
• Optimize report performance for large-scale, unstructured data environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or consulting roles.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Prophecy (MDM/RDM) or similar Master Data Management platforms.
• Solid understanding of data architecture, hierarchical/relational data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL and building ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data processing.
• Knowledge of data governance, lineage, and Master Data Management principles.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating with Atacama (data quality) and Alation (data cataloging).
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric and the Azure Data ecosystem.
