Description

You will design, build, and maintain data pipelines using Python and SQL to deliver clean, reliable datasets for analytics and reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop reusable scripts for data extraction from structured and semi-structured file formats like CSV, JSON, and Excel.
• Write optimized, scalable SQL queries and stored procedures to retrieve, clean, and transform data.
• Integrate data from diverse sources, including REST APIs and multiple relational databases.
• Collaborate with analysts and data scientists to ensure data quality and workflow documentation.
• Support Power BI development, enhancements, and migrations, including troubleshooting paginated reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Expert-level proficiency in Core Python for production-grade ETL processes.
• Highly skilled in complex SQL, stored procedures, and database optimization.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server.
• Experience consuming REST APIs for data ingestion.
• Ability to parse and transform data from CSV, JSON, and Excel sources.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI Development, enhancement, and migration.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting paginated reports.
