Description

You will lead the development and strategy for the enterprise data platform and associated data engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead data product development or data warehousing initiatives.
• Define and oversee data schemas, database structures, and ETL processes.
• Interface directly with engineering teams to drive technical execution.
• Act as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation for data platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering leadership.
• Proven experience leading data products or data warehousing initiatives.
• Solid understanding of ETL processes.
• Expertise with Snowflake as the primary data warehouse platform.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Ability to engage deeply with engineers regarding technical data concepts.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Power BI for visualization.
