Description

Lead data engineering and data science workstreams, managing roadmaps, timelines, and cross-functional schedules to deliver scalable analytics and machine learning solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data pipelines, visualizations, and alerts to provide strategic insights.
• Drive technical delivery and implementation of enterprise-level ETL and data warehouse products.
• Manage agile and scrum processes, driving engineering efficiency through retrospectives and process improvements.
• Handle risks, issues, and action items while ensuring adherence to estimates and quality parameters.
• Collaborate with technology vendors to manage onboarding, performance monitoring, and cost optimization.

Required Skills

• 7 to 10 years of experience in the software industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing technology programs as a program manager.
• At least 2 years of experience developing data solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience running Snowflake projects.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level ETL and data warehouse products.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience as a software developer and team lead in the data engineering space.
• Experience working in startup or fast product development environments.

Preferred Skills

• MBA degree.
• Previous experience as an Engineering Manager.
