You will lead a team building scalable data infrastructure for Retail Media Network initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor data engineers designing scalable data solutions.
• Architect and oversee data pipelines using BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Composer, and GCS.
• Drive adoption of best practices in ETL, data warehousing, and event streaming.
• Partner with product, analytics, and media teams to deliver data solutions for RMN monetization.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across engineering efforts.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Expert-level proficiency in BigQuery, GCS, Dataflow, and Cloud Composer.
• Strong background in ETL Architecture and Data Warehousing.
• Advanced Python skills for data engineering and automation.
• Proven experience working with Retail Media Network (RMN) data and media monetization strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
