You will lead a team of data engineers and analysts while overseeing data lake architectures and ETL workflows in Denver.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead data engineers and analysts in a formal supervisory capacity.
• Oversee data lake architectures and implementations for large-scale environments.
• Direct ETL processes and data integration workflows.
• Communicate technical data insights to executives using presentation tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SQL.
• 5+ years of experience with ETL processes.
• 5+ years of experience with Python.
• Experience working with Snowflake and Databricks.
• Proven experience managing data engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tableau for dashboarding and data visualization.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for executive-level reporting.
