Lead data engineering efforts by designing ETL pipelines and managing master data governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
• Lead MDM development and governance, using Informatica MDM to support analytics and reporting.
• Optimize and maintain ETL workflows for efficiency, performance, and operational reliability.
• Ensure data quality through testing, validation, and monitoring of data transformation layers.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of data engineering experience with strong ETL and MDM delivery.
• Hands-on expertise with Informatica MDM for master data integration and governance.
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark for scalable data transformation and processing.
• Strong SQL-based data engineering skills, including querying, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience designing production-ready data applications and maintaining technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure and Azure Databricks for data platform delivery.
• Experience with AWS Cloud for cloud-based data engineering.
