Lead architecture, design, and development of large-scale enterprise data solutions while managing a global team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of data pipelines and platform capabilities on AWS, ensuring reliability and cost-effective operations.
• Establish and enforce data management practices, including metadata management, cataloging, and governance.
• Apply GenAI tools to support data and analytics use cases, modernizing existing workflows.
• Provide people leadership, including coaching, performance management, and technical mentoring for a global team.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in data engineering and platform delivery.
• 7+ years with Spark and Python for building and optimizing data processing pipelines.
• 5+ years with AWS Cloud for designing scalable data platform components.
• 5+ years with SQL for data modeling, querying, and performance tuning.
• 3+ years with Snowflake for data warehousing, ingestion, and analytics enablement.
• Proven experience in people management and leading global teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile and Scrum practices in iterative delivery environments.
• Strong background in team coaching and mentoring.
