Seeking an experienced Senior DBT Technical Lead to be part of our upcoming data initiatives for 2025-2026. This role requires deep expertise in dbt cloud data platforms and complex ETL/ELT pipeline development. The candidate should be able to lead the project technically while actively contributing to design and development.

 **Experience and Skillset:** - 8 to 12 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related field. - 3 years of hands-on experience with dbt (data build tool), including dbt Cloud and dbt Core. - Expert-level proficiency in dbt development, including macros, tests, documentation, and deployment strategies. - Advanced SQL skills with experience in query optimization and performance tuning. - 3 years of experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data services, including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, and Cloud Composer. - Preferred experience with real-time data processing (Kafka, Pub/Sub, Dataflow). - Extensive ETL/ELT background with modern data stack tools (Spark, Scala, Pyspark, Databricks, etc.) and/or traditional ETL tools (Informatica, BDM). - Experience with data orchestration tools (Airflow). - Proficiency in Python for data pipeline development and automation. - Good knowledge of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data vault
