Description

>> Seeking a highly motivated onsite Sr.Tech Lead with strong expertise in ADF, Databricks, SQL, Python, PostgreSQL, and modern BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) to support scalable analytics in a healthcare data environment.

Requirements: 

>> Strong hands-on experience with Databricks (Delta Lake, Spark) for building scalable data pipelines

>> Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation, optimization, and automation

>> Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI for delivering actionable insights

>> Solid understanding of healthcare data models, claims/clinical datasets, and domain-specific compliance considerations

>> Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, GitHub-based version control, and deployment best practices

>> Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Databricks Workflows, Airflow)

>> Familiarity with Agile development frameworks and tools like Jira for sprint planning and tracking

>> Exposure in ETL Migration of DataStage jobs to Azure environment

>> Practical experience leveraging AI tools and assisted development (e.g., code generation, optimization, documentation) to enhance productivity and accelerate delivery
