Description

Manage data pipeline stability, platform migrations, and observability tooling.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute legacy to modern platform migrations and resolve upstream dependency failures.
• Own the handoff of Gold and People Analytics pipelines through thorough documentation.
• Maintain data infrastructure hygiene by managing table deprecation and cleaning up Snowflake and Salesforce assets.
• Debug alert triggers and reduce pipeline noise through root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with FDE, Data Infra, Storefront, CX, and GCO teams to ensure process compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with Snowflake and Databricks, including table management and querying.
• Python for automation scripting, ETL workflows, and alert tooling.
• Airflow for DAG creation, dependency management, and alert tuning.
• Git and CI/CD for deployment pipelines and code reviews.
• Monte Carlo (MC) for alert configuration and false positive reduction.
• Observability integration using Datadog or similar tools.
• Technical documentation skills for wikis, runbooks, and resolution docs.
• Any Graduate degree.
