You will manage the accurate input, maintenance, and organization of information across various databases and digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and software platforms with high accuracy.
• Review records for errors, inconsistencies, or duplications and perform necessary corrections.
• Organize digital files and scan physical records into electronic formats.
• Perform regular data audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Generate basic reports and summaries of entered data as required.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk, office assistant, or in a similar role.
• Typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with data entry software and office equipment like scanners and printers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using CRM or ERP systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, or SAP.
• Knowledge of data protection, confidentiality principles, and security policies.
• Understanding of spreadsheet formulas, data sorting, and filtering.
