Description

You will support the Lab Equipment sales team by testing and implementing service offering solutions within the quoting process.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Input recommended service SKUs for specific Lab Equipment product SKUs using the CPQ/Big Machines tool.
• Monitor shared folders for new incoming quotes and assign tasks to yourself.
• Lookup required service SKUs using PowerBI reports.
• Validate automated SKU addition solutions by comparing new processes against manual workflows.
• Identify process improvements and note challenges during system testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with computer systems and data entry.
• Proficiency with CPQ tools, specifically Big Machines.
• Experience working with SKUs and product codes for Lab Equipment.
• Ability to learn and navigate various data entry systems quickly.
• Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent education.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with PowerBI for data lookup and reporting.
