Description

You will create and maintain master data records for the Coca-Cola Parts business. Your work ensures data integrity from request to validation.

Responsibilities

• Review new data requests for completeness and gather missing information from requestors.
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing and item details.
• Manipulate, format, and validate data before uploading it into company systems.
• Manage exceptions and follow processes under the guidance of the Master Data Manager.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data entry or master data stewardship.
• Advanced Excel proficiency for data manipulation and formatting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for supplier and internal coordination.
• Experience with data validation and upload processes.
• Ability to identify and resolve data completeness issues.
• Attention to detail in handling master data records.
