You will maintain accurate operational data, generate MIS reports, and ensure database integrity across internal systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, and update operational data accurately in various systems and databases.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review and decision making.
• Maintain comprehensive records, databases, and documentation for operational efficiency and compliance.
• Validate data integrity and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate information processing.
• Update inventory and dispatch records to maintain real-time operational visibility.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in Data Entry, MIS, or Operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
• Strong skills in Data Entry, MIS Reporting, and Database Management.
• Good typing speed with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Process-oriented mindset with strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams for effective data collection.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP/CRM systems.
• Knowledge of documentation processes.
