Description

You will manage the digital transition of resident medical, residential, and demographic documentation into the Stockley Client Data Management System.

Responsibilities

• Scan and enter resident medical, activities, and ancillary documentation into the CDMS.
• Collaborate with Health Information Management staff to execute paper-to-digital record transfers.
• Verify the accuracy of paperwork, reports, and charts through self-monitoring checks.
• Identify and rectify data entry errors within the CDMS to maintain record integrity.
• Organize and store electronic health records following established record-keeping policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data entry or similar administrative roles.
• Proficiency with CDMS and basic computer functions for scanning and file organization.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Strong attention to detail for error detection and data accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced organizational and time management abilities.
• Proven problem-solving skills regarding data discrepancies.
• Understanding of standard record-keeping policies and procedures.
