You enter data into insurance policies and support team functions. You handle internal and external communications, report system or policy issues, and maintain daily work status reports. You investigate and resolve basic inquiries.

• 5+ years of professional work experience.

• Problem-solving skills for basic inquiry resolution.
• Ability to maintain accurate daily work condition logs.
