You manage high-volume data entry for customer returns and provide front-line email support for hospital products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer return data accurately and timely.
• Resolve customer inquiries via email, focusing on quality and efficiency.
• Document all interactions in business systems to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Interface with clinical personnel and customers to address issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proven ability to perform high-volume data entry.
• Experience working with SOPs and training manuals.
• Proficiency in using business systems and digital portals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for email support.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment to troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain compliance with data privacy laws, including HIPAA and GDPR.
