Description

You will manage and process data accurately within a hybrid work environment in Harrisburg, PA. You will own the integrity of records across internal systems and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Process data entries timely and accurately using SAMS, HCSIS, MAXe, CIS, and Compass.
• Maintain organized records and workflows via Outlook.
• Ensure data integrity across all internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate administrative tasks to support the data entry process.
• Work a Monday – Friday schedule, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in data entry or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in online data entry and spreadsheet management.
• Experience with SAMS, HCSIS, MAXe, CIS, and Compass.
• Strong communication and administrative assistance skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalence.

Preferred Skills

• Associate degree.
