Description

Manage data integrity and reporting within the PATS system to support daily operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Verify start and stop times for associates in the PATS system daily.
• Review associate activity to identify and correct data interface issues from SCAN.
• Key in indirect time, exception logs, and adjustment logs while ensuring data accuracy.
• Analyze raw data to generate reports for PATS assignments and archive logs to meet retention requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance within the PATS application and assist with clerical duties.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of AS 400 Warehouse Management System.
• Strong organizational skills for workstation management.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Bilingual capabilities.
• One year of related business and PC experience.
• Knowledge of DC internal operations and procedures.
