Description

Perform business analysis across the full SDLC for IoT Data Exchange programs. Own the translation of business needs into technical design details.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery by drafting personas, user stories, and BRDs for stakeholder sign-off.
• Translate requirements between technical experts and business users to define design specifics.
• Define user acceptance criteria and collaborate with developers and testers to ensure delivery.
• Support DevOps backlog grooming, work item management, and program KPI reporting.
• Manage project documentation, user training manuals, and status reporting for leadership.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a Business Analyst role.
• 2+ years managing the full software development life cycle (SDLC) from initiation to deployment.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile development processes and requirements gathering techniques.
• Proven ability to collect, analyze, and report data to forecast system and process enhancements.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project, and Word.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Management, Business, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
• Experience with DevOps software including Azure DevOps, Jira, Jenkins, or GitHub.
