Description

You will design and implement the client's Data Management Strategy, establishing governance frameworks and ensuring compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Data Governance frameworks, including roles, processes, policies, and standards.
• Coordinate implementation of the Data Management Strategy and support project management tasks to meet milestones.
• Establish data ownership and stewardship roles across business units.
• Monitor adherence to data governance policies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Communicate framework policies and procedures to stakeholders through documentation, presentations, and training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data governance or data management-related roles.
• Deep understanding of data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Proven experience in project management, specifically within data-related projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills for handling multiple simultaneous tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with industry-standard Data Governance tools and practices.
• Experience with change management in data-related projects.
• Experience working with health data.
