Responsibilities

• Collect, inventory, and validate structured and unstructured data at rest.
• Lead remediation tasks focusing on password and encryption best practices.
• Manage data security across various databases and applications.
• Create technical presentations for regulators, auditors, and senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data governance or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle and MySQL.
• Proficiency with data scanning tools such as Varonis, Purview, or Zscaler.
• Technical knowledge of data at rest remediation and encryption industry best practices.
• Experience working with SharePoint or similar file-sharing environments.
• Ability to communicate technical outcomes to audit and regulatory bodies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
