Description

You will manage data and public records requests while utilizing Microsoft Purview for data governance across various applications and subject matters.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Log and track incoming data and public records requests to ensure timely processing.
• Prepare and draft clear responses to data requests in accordance with legal requirements and established timelines.
• Oversee data mapping and management using Microsoft Purview across Microsoft 365 and SaaS environments.
• Document and maintain correspondence and documentation for all data responses.
• Handle data related to disease surveillance, environmental health, vital records, and healthcare licensure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data governance or records management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Purview for data governance.
• Experience managing data within Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Experience with multi-cloud and SaaS data environments.
• Strong documentation and correspondence drafting skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
