Description

You will manage data governance, protection, and compliance monitoring across hybrid environments. You will apply cybersecurity frameworks to existing data structures and ensure compliance with global security laws.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on security controls for hybrid on-premise and cloud environments.
• Apply cybersecurity frameworks and standards to existing data structures.
• Ensure compliance with global security laws and privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and NY DFS.
• Utilize GRC tools to manage governance, risk, and compliance workflows.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in data governance and data protection.
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks, specifically CIS Critical Controls and PCI-DSS.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, including PowerQuery, V-lookup, and Pivot tables.
• Experience with Big Data environments.
• Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools.
• Background in Cybersecurity.

Preferred Skills

• Data governance certification from a recognized organization.
