Description

You will manage application records and ensure data integrity across enterprise governance frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and compliant application records within APM and TDAR.
• Validate and remediate application entries to ensure taxonomy alignment and data quality.
• Govern change requests for new, updated, or decommissioned applications using proper ticket documentation.
• Act as a liaison between Application Owners, Technology Owners, ServiceNow teams, and ETAM Governance.
• Create dashboards and reports to track data quality, KPIs, and KRIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data governance or application management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow.
• Experience with Change Management processes.
• Knowledge of CMDB and CSDM frameworks.
• Ability to align data with enterprise standards and taxonomy.
• Experience monitoring data quality and tracking exceptions.
• University degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of TAM standards, OSFI B-13, and internal governance policies.
