Description

You will manage and drive the organization's data governance framework.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing governance processes and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with management to identify data domains, domain leads, and governance policies.
• Identify data owners and stewards and support governance training efforts.
• Establish policies and procedures for data lifecycle management and compliance with mandates like ZTA and EBPA.
• Define requirements for implementing data quality metrics and establish data quality rules with business owners.

Required Skills

• 8+ years working with business stakeholders, data modeling, and data architecture concepts.
• 5+ years leading data governance initiatives in multiple settings.
• Strong experience with Collibra and Metadata Analysis.
• Excellent knowledge of the DAMA framework.
• High proficiency in SQL and AWS or other cloud-based tools.
• Ability to analyze, develop, and document processes, procedures, and policies.
• Strong understanding of various database paradigms and technologies.
• 8+ years experience with business stakeholders and data architecture.
• Strong technical writing, presentation, and communication skills.
