You will own the strategy and implementation of data governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Define the governance roadmap, identify Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Lead the implementation of data control mechanisms.
• Develop data strategies and solutions by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Translate business functional requirements into technical requirements for development teams.
• Partner across firm divisions to focus on end-client value and drive consensus.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree with prior knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQLs for data analysis.
• Experience defining and driving data governance roadmaps.
• Proven ability to work with business teams to define requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet, presentation, and dashboard tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive consensus among stakeholders.
