You will lead the establishment of mature data governance practices across key domains.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder discussions regarding data definitions, ownership, and quality measures.
• Draft and manage business glossaries, document lifecycle processes, and support data quality initiatives.
• Drive progress tracking, task prioritization, and project management activities.
• Prepare presentations, communications, and updates for client leaders.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of professional experience, including 1–2 years working with health insurance data or health plan datasets.
• Experience implementing or supporting data governance programs in healthcare.
• Strong skills in Project Management and client-facing consulting.
• Familiarity with Data Warehousing and ETL/ELT processes.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Exposure to Informatica Axon, EDC, or IDQ tools.
