Description

• Experience working with various Line of Business (LOBs) to create Data Governance glossary, Data Governance framework and Process flow diagrams.
• Ability to work with business SMEs and elicit requirements (functional/non-functional/operational) for the Metadata Management system and Data Governance Center application.
• Knowledge of Collibra admin related activities like installing environment, SSL certifications, password updates, upgrades, SSO, SCIM control, LDAP configuration.
• Analyze data and partner with domain owners, business, and IT stakeholders to ensure governance functions are adhered and have a full understanding of their data by custom extracts, reporting, metrics, & dashboards on Collibra.
• Integration knowledge with Collibra API/Knowledge Graph to build utilities that extract metadata.
• Collibra Workflow development and configuration based on Data Governance Requirements.
• Architect and implement Data Lineage solutions for mid to large-scale organizations using Edge connectors, ensuring seamless integration with existing metadata management.
• Perform hands-on activities for harvesting metadata and lineage, analyzing data lineage flows, and exporting lineage data for governance purposes.
• Implement Physical and Logical Data Dictionaries while working along with the Business Stewards for the cataloged Physical Dictionaries in Collibra.
• Create & configure the Collibra Data Governance Center (DGC) meta-model, assets, relationships, domains, and communities.
Support functional activities including setting up Data Governance operating model, workflows, importing or exporting information, customizing, and developing dashboards & widgets, views, etc.
• Work with various sources to ingest customer metadata and lineage, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of lineage data through custom ingestion strategies.
Perform Collibra admin activities together for onboarding new user accounts, groups, roles configuration, permissions, and responsibilities.
• Stays in touch with product roadmap and upgrades to strategize and determine best solution.
• Knowledge of metadata naming conventions and taxonomy standards
• Azure DevOps Portal for managing the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and coding to testing and deployment.
• Knowledge of Azure data lake, Azure Databricks, SQL and PowerBI is a plus.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Training and/or certification in SAFe or Agile is a plus
