Description

You will own the development, implementation, and maintenance of data governance policies, standards, and processes across the organization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies, including adherence to GDPR and CCPA.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities within data governance and data pipeline processes.
• Define, maintain, and manage the data dictionary, business glossary, and metadata repository.
• Lead data quality management initiatives, monitoring KPIs for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows using modern data engineering tools.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in data governance, data engineering, or data management roles.
• Strong expertise in data governance tools and data cataloguing.
• Hands-on experience with data integration/analytics platforms (Alteryx, Redpoint, Talend, or similar).
• Proven experience working with Salesforce CRM and its data structure.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations, Master Data Management (MDM), and data lineage tracking.
• Experience with ETL processes.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
