Description

You will maintain data governance processes, documentation, and metrics for asset information across internal teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage SharePoint lists, metrics, and documentation for data governance standards.
• Perform technical writing to ensure process documents and procedure overviews are accurate.
• Map data flows across six internal teams and support workflow documentation.
• Collaborate with GIS, asset management, and engineering teams to review specification overlaps.
• Extract and analyze data from Power BI and Excel to track pipeline request metrics.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data governance, functional business analysis, or data management.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Excel, and Power BI.
• Experience with workflow mapping, process documentation, and technical writing.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Functional, non-technical business analyst mindset.
• Familiarity with Data Governance and Data Management principles.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of nomenclature and procedure management.
• Experience with GIS and asset management systems.
