Lead enterprise data governance strategy and Collibra implementation from the ground up.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the enterprise data governance roadmap, operating model, and stewardship frameworks.
• Lead full-scale Collibra deployment across Dev/Test/Prod environments, including domains, taxonomy, and workflows.
• Configure the Business Glossary, Data Catalog, Data Dictionary, and metadata management systems.
• Integrate Collibra with data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure), BI tools, and ETL pipelines.
• Establish data ownership, governance councils, and drive data quality governance for Critical Data Elements (CDEs).

Required Skills

• 12+ years in data management, data governance, or analytics leadership.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience implementing Collibra at enterprise scale.
• Proven track record of building data governance programs from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of metadata management, stewardship models, and workflow automation.
• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, and Azure data platforms.
• Proficiency in ETL tools and integration patterns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing data classification, privacy, and compliance metadata.
