Description

You own and deliver enterprise-scale data governance initiatives supporting GTM and Sales organizations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce data governance standards, policies, and operating models.
• Partner with senior GTM and Sales leaders to align governance programs with business objectives.
• Oversee data operations and data quality across internal and third-party data sources.
• Capture, document, and translate complex business and functional requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in data quality, consistency, and usability.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall professional experience.
• 5+ years leading projects or teams delivering scalable data or GTM programs.
• 3+ years working closely with GTM and Sales organizations.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Governance or GTM Data Operations.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Governance, Metadata Management, or Data Quality.
• 3+ years of experience with third-party data providers.
• Proven experience presenting program status and risks to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MDM (Master Data Management) tools.
