You will own the definition and rollout of the enterprise Data Governance framework.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate DG strategy and roadmap into an actionable, enterprise-ready framework.
• Validate policy sets, standards, and operating models with cross-functional leaders.
• Produce the DG Operating Guide, including RACI, workflows, and escalation paths.
• Develop and document 3–5 high-value, low-friction use cases for early adoption.
• Execute lightweight pilots in priority business areas to validate the governance model.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Governance implementation.
• Experience defining and aligning Data Owners, Stewards, and Custodians.
• Familiarity with PLM, D365, and MES integration requirements.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops to build consensus.
• Knowledge of data domains including product data, part master, and configuration.
• Exposure to operational domains such as Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Understanding of IT and Program Management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to translate governance principles into practical use cases.
