Description

You define and lead the enterprise data governance framework, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise data governance strategies, policies, and standards.
• Manage Microsoft Purview accounts, collections, and RBAC for large-scale environments.
• Design metadata repositories and implement ingestion workflows for lineage mapping.
• Define data classification rules and sensitivity labels, integrating with DLP and Insider Risk Management.
• Monitor data quality via defined KPIs and automate governance processes using Azure services.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data governance and data management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Purview and Informatica data governance tools.
• Strong experience with metadata management, lineage mapping, classification, and security.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, REST APIs, Talend, dbt, and Azure automation.
• Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, SOX, and related compliance requirements.
• Ability to align technical governance with business and compliance goals.
