Description

You will drive the establishment, implementation, and continuous improvement of data governance frameworks organization-wide.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and execute comprehensive data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Establish and maintain clear data ownership and stewardship roles across business units.
• Enforce data management and protection policies aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Identify data quality improvement opportunities and implement monitoring initiatives.
• Chair the Data Governance Committee and guide business stakeholders on governance processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data governance or data management roles.
• Proven expertise creating and implementing end-to-end data management policies and controls.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards for data privacy and security.
• Experience with metadata management, data cataloguing, and data quality management tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional project leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Data Governance and Data Management principles.
• Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) certification preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience chairing or leading governance committees.
