Description

You will design, implement, and operate the Data Governance strategy program for the Bank’s Data Platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an inventory of source systems, data owners, and platform assets.
• Facilitate the implementation of data quality, metadata management, and data protection standards.
• Act as a liaison between Business and Technology to define and communicate data requirements.
• Define performance, compliance, and adoption indicators for data policies and practices.
• Perform data integrity gap analyses and coordinate resolutions with business owners and IT.

Required Skills

• 10–15 years of experience in Data Governance roles within the BFSI sector.
• Proven track record of delivering data governance initiatives and data quality improvements.
• Experience with data governance tools such as Collibra or Alation for defining stewardship functions.
• Expertise in creating and implementing data management strategies and policies.
• Strong knowledge of data protection management and enterprise information asset management.
• Proficiency in data analysis using industry-standard tools and software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent subject.

Preferred Skills

• CDMP (DAMA) or ICCP certifications.
• Relevant Data Governance certifications.
