seeking an experienced Data Lineage Lead to drive data lineage initiatives with a strong focus on Data Lineage, Metadata Management, and Data Catalog. This role will be responsible for establishing Data Lineage, ensuring end-to-end visibility of critical data assets and metadata management for analytics, reporting, AI, and regulatory compliance.The ideal candidate will be a able to engage with both technology teams and business stakeholders, facilitating cross-functional discussions,  and driving adoption across the enterprise.Key Responsibilities Data Lineage & TraceabilityDevelop and maintain end-to-end data lineage across source systems, data platforms, analytical environments, and reporting layers.Collaborate with engineering teams to automate lineage capture and visualization.Support regulatory, audit, and risk management requirements through transparent data traceability.Identify critical data elements and establish lineage frameworks for key business domains. Metadata Management & Data CatalogLead the implementation and adoption of enterprise metadata management capabilities.Define and maintain business, technical, and operational metadata standards.Drive onboarding of critical data assets into the enterprise data catalog.Establish governance processes for metadata stewardship, ownership, and lifecycle management.Ensure metadata is accurate, current, and aligned to business processes
