Description

You will lead the definition, implementation, and enforcement of data governance policies, standards, and practices to support business and data strategy initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build frameworks for data governance, data quality, and data stewardship efforts.
• Define governance solutions by working with process teams, systems integrators, and developers to translate business requirements into actionable specifications.
• Support metadata management processes and standards across all data domains to ensure integrity and standardization.
• Identify and resolve data integrity and quality issues while establishing metrics to track the performance of critical data elements.
• Act as a subject matter expert in global discussions regarding data protection and consent management roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of experience in technology.
• Proven experience leading at least one recent data governance initiative.
• Hands-on experience implementing data governance platforms such as Atlan, Alation, or Informatica.
• Direct experience with Atlan implementation.
• Demonstrated experience using metadata lineage tools, automated data security and control platforms, or data observability platforms.
• Experience interfacing with C-level, VP-level, and Director-level stakeholders.
• Deep technology domain experience.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Workday, SAP S4, or Gainsight.
• Experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure cloud technologies.
