Description

Lead the definition, implementation, and enforcement of data governance policies to support business strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain frameworks for data governance, quality, and stewardship.
• Translate business requirements into actionable specifications for process teams and developers.
• Support metadata management standards across all data domains to ensure integrity.
• Identify data integrity issues and establish metrics for critical data element performance.
• Act as subject matter expert on data protection and consent management for global stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of experience in technology with strong domain expertise.
• Proven experience leading at least one recent data governance initiative.
• Hands-on experience implementing data governance platforms such as Atlan, Alation, or Informatica.
• Direct experience with Atlan implementation.
• Experience with metadata lineage tools, automated data security, control platforms, and data observability.
• Experience interfacing with C-level, VP-level, and Director-level stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Workday, SAP S4, and Gainsight.
• Experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure cloud technologies.
