Description

You will lead enterprise-scale data governance initiatives for GTM and Sales organizations, owning the release of standards, policies, and operating models to ensure data compliance, accuracy, and usability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce data governance standards, policies, and operating models across internal and third-party data sources.
• Partner with senior GTM and Sales leaders to align governance programs with business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee data operations and data quality, managing relationships with third-party data providers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Capture, document, and translate complex business and functional requirements into actionable metadata management and data quality frameworks.
• Collaborate with BI, analytics, and data engineering teams to enable trusted reporting and communicate program status to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall professional experience.
• 5+ years leading projects and/or teams delivering scalable data or GTM programs.
• 3+ years working closely with GTM and Sales organizations.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Governance or GTM Data Operations.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, or Business Intelligence.
• 3+ years of experience working with third-party data providers.
• 3+ years of experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven experience presenting to senior stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM).
