Description

Lead enterprise-scale data governance initiatives for GTM and Sales organizations, enforcing standards and ensuring data quality across internal and third-party sources.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce data governance policies, operating models, and metadata management frameworks.
• Partner with senior GTM and Sales leaders to align governance programs with business objectives.
• Oversee data operations and quality for internal and third-party data sources, managing vendor relationships.
• Capture and translate complex business requirements into functional data specifications.
• Collaborate with BI, analytics, and engineering teams to enable trusted reporting and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years leading scalable data or GTM programs.
• 3+ years in Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality, or Master Data Management (MDM).
• 3+ years working directly with GTM and Sales organizations.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools and data quality frameworks.
• 3+ years of experience working with third-party data providers and ensuring compliance.
• Proven ability to document complex business and functional requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field.
• Experience presenting program status and risks to senior leadership.
